  1. I'm right there with you on the initial assessments! I've been benchmarking students from every grade level in our school. The light is at the end of the tunnel this week. Phew. Good luck with your giveaway!! :)

    1. I know it is necessary, and I do use the information, but I'm just glad it is done! It is tough to do when you are still trying to get them in a routine too. Hope yours goes smoothly this week!

  3. The assessments are so time consuming, aren't they? I've been doing running records for like three weeks - our reading team has to assess half of the students. I have one more kiddo first thing tomorrow and then I'm so excited to say I'll be done! Enjoy your teaching time and thanks for linking up! :-)

  5. I guess no matter where we are teaching or what grade - we're all feeling overwhelmed with ASSESSMENTS! Maybe THIS Shall Pass, too! LOL!
